This project included three components. The first was a literature review of recruitment practices in Canada pertaining to internationally educated health professionals. The second component analyzed previously collected key informant interview data for themes related to the recruitment of internationally educated health professionals. The final component was a geographic and content analysis of recruitment agency websites. The project aimed to provide a comprehensive look at recruitment practices in Canada.
